General
NileConnect is an online travel platform specializing in Egypt. We offer hotel bookings, guided tours, excursions, and private transfers across all major Egyptian destinations including Cairo, Sharm El Sheikh, Hurghada, Luxor, and Aswan.
No, you can book as a guest. However, creating an account lets you view your booking history, manage reservations, and speed up future bookings.
We display prices in USD and EUR. You can switch currencies using the currency selector in the header. Payment is processed in the currency shown at checkout.
NileConnect is a B2B and B2C travel platform. We work directly with hotels, tour operators, and transport providers. Travel agencies can also register as partners to build and sell custom packages.
Bookings & Payments
If you have an account, go to "My Account" in the header and select the relevant booking type. Guest bookings can be managed at the "Manage my booking" page using your booking reference and email.
We accept PayPal for online payments. For partner (B2B) bookings, we also support wallet-based payments with top-up via bank transfer or PayPal.
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy of each service. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before most transfers. Hotel and tour cancellation policies vary — check the specific terms shown during booking.
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation immediately after booking. You can also view your booking details in your account or via the guest booking management page.
Transfers
We offer private sedans (up to 4 passengers), family sedans (up to 7 passengers), and minibuses (up to 12 passengers). All vehicles are air-conditioned and driven by professional drivers.
Yes, all airport transfers include a meet & greet service. Your driver will wait for you at the arrivals hall with a name sign.
We track your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust their arrival time accordingly at no extra charge.
Yes, you can book a round trip during the search process. Round trips receive a discounted rate compared to booking two one-way transfers separately.
For Partners
Visit our Partners page and click "Register". Fill in your agency details and submit. Our team will review your application and activate your account, usually within 1-2 business days.
Partners pre-load their wallet via bank transfer or PayPal. When you place a booking, the cost is held from your wallet balance. Once the booking is confirmed, the hold is converted to a charge.
Yes! Our Package Builder lets you combine hotels, tours, and transfers into a branded itinerary. You can set your own markup, generate a shareable proposal link, and track client approvals.
