1. Introduction

Welcome to NileConnect ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the NileConnect website and services available at connect.sharmstation.it (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

"Service" refers to hotel bookings, tour bookings, transfer bookings, and any other travel-related services offered through the Platform.
"User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
"Partner" refers to travel agencies or businesses registered on the Platform to create and sell travel packages.
"Supplier" refers to hotels, tour operators, and transport providers listed on the Platform.

3. Booking & Confirmation

When you make a booking through the Platform, you enter into a contract with the relevant Supplier. NileConnect acts as an intermediary facilitating the booking. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference number.

All bookings are subject to availability. Prices displayed on the Platform are indicative and may change until the booking is confirmed.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the selected currency (USD or EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely via PayPal or, for Partners, via the wallet system.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service type and Supplier. The applicable cancellation policy is displayed during the booking process and in your confirmation email.

Transfers: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, unless otherwise stated.
Hotels: Cancellation terms are set by each hotel and displayed during booking.
Tours: Cancellation terms are set by each tour operator and displayed during booking.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when making bookings.
Ensure all travellers meet the entry requirements for Egypt (valid passport, visa, etc.).
Arrive on time for scheduled tours and transfers.
Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Partner Terms

Partners are subject to additional terms governing wallet usage, package creation, and commission structures. These are provided during the partner registration process.

8. Limitation of Liability

NileConnect acts as an intermediary between Users and Suppliers. We are not liable for:

The quality or safety of services provided by Suppliers.
Delays, cancellations, or changes made by Suppliers.
Personal injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of Supplier services.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant booking.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of NileConnect or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
